Cooking Day!

Today, after a few hours spent at the beach I cooked up a storm! I made lots of healthy food for the week! I made rice paper rolls for lunch at work, along with satay dipping sauce. Pita Chips with lemon pepper seasoning, spring vegetable dip.
I then made Chinese Chicken Salad for dinner. It turned out so good! It was delicious! All of the food was out of a Weight Watchers book so all very good for us!

Now our fridge and pantry are all stocked up with lots of healthy food! Yum!
