An "Outback" Adventure

Nathan and I just got back, extremely full from "Outback" the Australian restaurant. Since we are "Aussies" some people that work with Nathan gave him a $75 gift card for there for Christmas. The food is not very Aussie but it was yum! Now we might need to jog a few blocks to burn off all of our food!

The "Blooming Onion" - Onions, battered and deep fried! Not good for the waist but very very tasty! They must be cut some special way, as they are still all joined.
